Scott’s Story

I would describe Denise Muir as a very kind and generous person, generous with her time and resources; and kind because she cares.

We have never met, I live in NSW but my issue being in WA with an evicted, vandalised unit I needed to fix up and sell.

I reached out to Denise who was more than willing to take me on though I did not reveal the entirety of my circumstances at first.

After learning of my fate Denise sought to cooperate efficiently with me utilising her skills and contacts to find qualified trades people to fix up my little 1 bedroom unit. 

This includes but is not limited to, a locksmith, removal of unwanted items, window repair, end of lease clean, door repair, and painting throughout.

Denise conducted the initial inspection and took 50 photos of the damaged premises and its contents.

It’s a long story but after some weeks of patient progress my unit was ready for sale. 

I can’t thank Denise enough for her kindness, dedicated thoughtful and pragmatic approach to my realestate debacle, everything that needed addressing was found and sorted.

Unfortunately I could not give Denise the listing to sell, as by the time my unit was completed for sale her transition to a new business was still about 5 weeks from being licensed.

This case is unique in its complexity!

I have absolutely only the highest regards for Denise Muir, I’m proud to be her first review and wish Denise every success in her new venture.
