Adél comes with over 20 years experience in the Real Estate Industry and will take over the reigns of Property Manager. With a strong background and a love of Property Management and the real estate industry, we are confident Adél’s expertise and enthusiasm will be a great asset to both Found and Sorted and to you our clients.
Rest assured our Property Management ethos is to take a hands-on approach. We have a boutique rent roll and we do not outsource any of our management, property inspections or rent collection. This enables us to get to know our tenants by keeping in regular touch with them allowing us to confidently assure you, your property is in good hands. You will deal directly with us on all Property Management issues and maintenance programs.
Our property management team includes our Administration Officer, Zoe Stone, along with a team of professional, reliable trades, including electricians, plumbers, builders, handymen, gardeners and cleaners for all sorts of cleaning.
